Ryan Loubser is one of South Africa’s best young and upcoming artists who’s work is currently available on the market.

He studied graphic design at Pretoria Technicon. Right from the start as student he was already receiving positive reviews from his lecturers.

After his studies he started painting mainly over weekends. His first exhibition was in his parent’s house and just about all the paintings were sold. From that time he has never once looked back as a professional artist. His work isn’t even dry yet, then it is sold. His art is like a child to him. He knows every painting’s history, where the scene is, from which photo it was painted or from what personal experience the painting derives. He has the ability to deliver a variety of artworks that are of an excellent quality.

Although Ryan has achieved so much success, he still studies the old masters to improve his own technique and has always been an ardent fan of Pierneef and Gregoire Boonzaier’s works. Ryan’s style is between that of realism and impressionism.
